Dale Lambe | President

Dale has worn many hats over his 23 years experience in the commercial flooring industry! From Sales, Managing Partner, Sales Trainer, National Accounts Manager and Owner, Dale’s passion for building strong teams and achieving success together is at the core of everything he does. After finding his way to North Carolina, and the flooring industry, he quickly learned this is a relationship business and takes pride in trying to make every client a friend, exceeding expectations. Dale’s years of experience have taught him that a client doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care, and he continues to instill that belief into his team.

In his free time, you can find Dale either on the ice, the golf course or the tennis court.

Stephanie King I Market Lead

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Cazenovia College in Central NY. Stephanie’s career began in her hometown of Buffalo, NY designing corporate interiors before moving South to a growing Charlotte market.

after practicing commercial interior design for 10 years, Stephanie’s professional relationships led her to the flooring industry. In the last 13 years, she has established herself as a leader in commercial flooring. In 2018, Stephanie was recognized by Floor Focus Magazine as one of the top 10 Future Focus Leaders in the floorcovering industry, a career highlight.

She has been dedicated to growing a high level of trust among the architecture and design community by serving as a knowledgeable, unbiased flooring resource.
